Field Services
Field Representatives are responsible for Inspections and Lease-ups. Notify this person if you received a rent increase or eviction notice, are having additional challenges with your landlord, or are requesting to move.
For issues with other tenants or needed repairs, please reach out to your landlord or property manager. Any illegal activities need to be reported to your local law enforcement.
Family Self-Sufficiency and Home Ownership
You must already have a Section 8 voucher through the Vermont State Housing Authority to participate in these programs.

This pertains to the properties that receive a subsidy from HUD but are not Section 8 participants. Please note: Not every tenant in a property may receive assistance; some pay fair market rent for their unit. You need to contact your Landlord or Property Manager for any issues.

Homeless Services
Homeless Services
These services include Emergency Housing Vouchers for survivors of domestic abuse, Bridge to HOPWA and HOPWA, referrals from Department of Mental Health, Rapid Rehousing, and Shelter+Care. An applicant CANNOT refer themselves for these programs—the referral must come through a Community Action Partner.
Please note: Once the voucher has been issued and the participant has signed a lease, the participant will then be assigned a Rental Assistance Specialist and Field Representative for all matters.

SASH Service Coordinators
Support and Services at Home (SASH) is a health and wellness program designed to delay or prevent transition to a nursing home by coordinating services with partner agencies. To receive this service, you must be enrolled through the SASH Coordinator and live in a community served by SASH.
