Office Assistant

 

Seeking a customer-centered individual to cover a busy front desk and perform assorted office tasks.  We are looking for someone who can juggle multiple tasks and systems, assist walk in participants, visitors, vendors and service providers, and who always presents a professional image. They must have the ability to rapidly develop a thorough knowledge of the functions and procedures of the Authority and maintain confidentiality at all times.

This position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement and is a Pay Grade 4 – $18.82 per hour.

Controller

 

We are seeking an experienced individual who will oversee day-to-day management and operations of the Authority’s Finance Department and the supervision of associated employees.  A strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting and compliance requirements is required; experience with grant accounting is a plus.

The Controller supports the CFO in overseeing financial functions, including day-to-day accounting, strategic planning, reporting, risk management and compliance.

This is a full-time, 40-hour per week position, based in the Montpelier, Vermont office. There may be an opportunity for occasional telework.  Salary: $115,000 – $125,000

Site Manager – Central Vermont and Location TBD

 

Seeking customer-friendly individual to serve as Site Managers in White River Junction and another location yet to be determined.  The Site Manager is responsible for the operation and day-to-day management of assigned residential property portfolio. Depending upon portfolio, properties are funded by Rural Development, HUD Section 8 Housing, HOME and/or Low-Income Housing Tax Credits.

This position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement.  It is a Pay Grade 9 – $26.75/hour.
