This Participant Portal will allow participants to view and update contact information, complete and sign recertification documents, and communicate with VSHA through the secure document exchange. To request a registration code, please contact your Client Services Specialist.

TO VISITORS OF THE VERMONT STATE HOUSING AUTHORITY

Effective Monday, March 16, 2020 until further notice, the Vermont State Housing Authority’s offices in Montpelier, Middlebury, St. Albans and White River Junction are closed to outside visitors. Our staff will not be available to meet with you in person. You can reach us by calling us at the numbers listed below.

If you are here to pay rent, you may leave it in the locked drop box. Unfortunately, we can no longer accept cash. Please be sure your check or money order indicates your name, and the location for which you are paying rent. If you need a receipt, one will be mailed to you. If you prefer to mail your rent, please take a blue envelop for ease in mailing; please do not send cash in the mail.

If you are here to drop off housing applications, employment applications or any other materials, please leave these in the locked drop box. Please make sure your information is clear so it can be directed to the appropriate staff.

The Vermont State Housing Authority is concerned for the health of our employees and visitors and continue to monitor the COVID-19 virus.
